With service centres located in convenient locations throughout Hong Kong - Aberdeen, Chai Wan, Tokwawan, Shatin and Yuen Long - motorists can enjoy fully comprehensive maintenance service. Each service centre is fully equipped with state-of-the-art repair facilities. In addition to our Transport Department’s designated car testing centre in Tsuen Wan, these service centres also incorporate this facility to provide one-stop service to customers.

In order to match our highly efficient service, the parts department utilizes an online computerized inventory control system which enables our stock keepers to obtain the most up-to-date inventory data instantly. Even as early as 1993, our spare parts ordering has been made via satellite, decreasing the waiting time from weeks to just 3 days, ensuring prompt delivery of the spare parts to our outlets.

In addition, Sime Darby Motor Services Limited has its own Special Body Building Section to custom design the interior and body of vehicles according to customers' requirements.
